ASK Cocktails and Bar Services can offer a wide range of options, such as a Cocktail masterclass for our guests to get involved in making some of their own drinks. Sometimes this is possible depending on the group during our Whole Package Experience.

Delivery & Setup

‘The Whole Package’ includes the delivery and setup of our own bar including glassware and ice etc, as well as a qualified Mixologist and glass collector/wash up.

50 Cocktails to choose from

‘The Whole Package’ features 50 cocktails, based on either 4 or 5 choices from our bespoke cocktail menu groups. None alcoholic options can be provided.

Full Transparency

You get what you see with The Whole Package, however adjustments can be made via prior arrangement. The price is based on 5 hours, and on occasion we may leave the bar & glassware to collect the following day, as not to spoil the enjoyment of your evening.

Our Cocktail Groups are split into different types of cocktails based on the ingredients, glass or type. With ‘The Whole Package’ you are able to select a cocktail from 4/5 of the groups below. Take a look at our cocktail menu.

Frequently Asked Questions

I would like to book but there are 15 of us and we don’t all drink cocktails

In this situation, you would choose 4 or 5 of your favourite cocktails, and work out how many you would like to book. Each additional cocktail over the first 50 would be charged at a rate of £7.50. For example, if there is a group of 18 all wanting 4 cocktails, this would be charged in advanced. The 50 included in The Whole Package rate. of £499 plus an additional 22 cocktails at £7.50 each for £165. Therefore, the amount would be £665 in total.

What happens if we want more cocktails, or wish for the bartender to stay for longer serving our own spirits?

This would be an entirely direct arrangement with your bartender on the evening. Any payment for additional services would be discussed and paid directly to them on the evening. If it is our alcohol that is used beyond the agreed number of cocktails, the each cocktail would be charged at our additional cocktail rate of £7.50.

Why do I have to pick 1 cocktail from each group?

It is sometimes possible to have 2 cocktails from 1 group. The reason for this is because of the glassware. As we cater for bespoke smaller groups, we generally hold in stock 25-30 glasses of each type, so we try to encourage the use of highballs, coupe, hurricane, champagne, wine & gin glasses as a way of helping us and the glass washer out.

Additional Information

If your booked venue doesn’t have an alcohol license but you still want to offer an unforgettable drinks experience, we’ve got you covered. As personal license holders, ASK Cocktails can legally serve alcohol at your event. This would obviously have to be applied for to the relevant councils in plenty of time by yourself.

Our bespoke mobile bar service doesn’t stop with our signature cocktail menu. Our expert mixologists can create a wide range of bespoke cocktails, even those not listed on our menu.
